Dangerous to drive in, but beautiful to look at...nature's version of Tiffany's! It was too pretty to not take a picture of these glorious jeweled trees. Within a matter of an hour the sun came out and melted away their icy coverings.

Sneak Peek for K

Despite the brisk temperatures, the weather held out for us and K toughed it out(even with an outfit change) for an awesome senior shoot. We even got some exercise:) Enjoy!

It's Halloween!!

This is what Halloween looks like around here. M went as Lola Hufnagle(Hannah Montana's best friend) and B went as the Geico caveman. Staying with tradition, we picked some templates off of the web and carved ourselves some fancy and cool jack o' lanterns, if I don't say so myself.

1. I can't drive stick shift-tried and it was horrible!
2. I hate being cold...it makes me physically sick.
3. I have a secret desire to get a tattoo-maybe someday when I'm not too chicken and I figure out what design I want and where I want it.
4. I have no arches-my feet that is.
5. I've always wanted to be a tap dancer.
6. I am a magazine junkie-don't ask how many subscriptions I get:0
7. I don't like rules of any kind-although I try my best to adhere to some of them.
8. My favorite outfit is a t-shirt and shorts and bare feet-casual all the way!!

My beautiful niece came down for a visit this weekend with her family and we fit in her senior photo shoot. Now, this girl doesn't think she ever looks good! I may be biased, but I hardly doubt it when I say she's wrong and it's obvious from these images. Here's a sneak peek for you K.

Just Checking In

Painted a new backdrop and tried out using an Sb800 off camera for sunset lighting/special effect lighting! I'm loving my new softbox and having extra lights-I can get real creative:)

Here are a few of my newest creations using a new program I purchased as an early b-day gift to myself (and yes I do believe in giving yourself gifts:) Aren't they too cool!! I may frame a few of these for my studio/office.

She cleans up NICE!!

Maggie had her first Daddy/Daughter dance last night and had a blast! Of course we had to get her hair done-she looks too grown-up, but beautiful. I took a handful of photos,but not as many as I would've liked because my kids are SICK of posing for me:( Kim and Maggie were voted the most look-a-like from their table and won the centerpiece. They also had fun dancing to the twist and the chicken dance. They both came home tired but happy.

This is my next door neighbor Ashley. Didn't she look beautiful and look at her hair!! This is my kids constant companion-they are joined at the hip, especially her and Maggie:)

Number 26

Maggie had her first softball game on Wednesday and scored the first run for her team. She was thrilled. Doesn't she look cute in her uniform? Of course, I took tons of photos. On Friday, she pitched the first two innings and found out that it is much farther from the mound to the batter than it looks. She still hung in there and gave it her best-that's our Maggie.
